Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Payment Policy     •    Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.     •    Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to apply your payment to a future session.     •    Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows will forfeit the full payment as a cancellation fee.     •    Late Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the start time of your session will result in an automatic cancellation and forfeiture of your appointment and payment.
